Why this room matters
N°04AI is changing how people search, judge and talk about companies. For employer branding, talent and communication teams, this is no longer just a content question — it is a question of trust, credibility and voice.
Better questions. Real practices. Honest signals.
Flow of the evening
N°05Doors open at 16:30. The programme starts at 17:00 and closes at 20:00, followed by open networking until 21:00.

How Coca-Cola uses early-careers strategy to attract Gen Z and build its next generation of leaders.

EBC Warsaw updates
Leave your email and we'll keep you posted on the important Warsaw updates before 30 September.
Live formats
N°06Three formats that put the room inside the programme.

Not-for-profit model
01 / 03Your donation reserves your seat and goes directly to Children of Heroes, supporting Ukrainian children who have lost a parent in the war. EBC does not make a profit from attendance.

Live panel format
02 / 03At selected moments, the moderator will ask the speakers and an AI assistant the same question. We’ll compare the answers live — and see what changes when human context enters the room.

Interactive event experience
03 / 03Every guest gets an EBC Event Passport: six missions, six stamps, one Instax to keep, and a reason to meet people you wouldn’t otherwise talk to. Complete all six. The first 10 passports through EBC Passport Control take home EBC merch + exclusive employer branding affirmation cards.
Participation by donation
N°07Participation is donation-based. Your donation reserves your seat, goes directly to Children of Heroes, and capacity is limited.

Questions
N°12The event is primarily for employer branding and people communications professionals, as well as talent, employee experience and people leaders working on how companies are understood by current and future employees. It will also be highly relevant to corporate communications professionals who want to better understand the employer-brand side of reputation — especially as AI increasingly pulls together signals from both corporate and employer communications when it describes, compares and recommends companies.
The sessions are built around real work, practical examples and current employer-brand and communications challenges — not introductory theory. Speakers will share cases and practices from their own experience, including work recognised by the Employer Brand Management Awards, Recruitment Marketing Awards and The Talent Labs Awards 2026.
Wednesday, 30 September 2026, at the SKELAR Office, Al. Solidarności 171, 00-877 Warszawa, Poland. Doors open at 16:30 and the programme runs from 17:00–21:00 CEST. The event is fully in English.
The venue is in central Warsaw and is easy to reach from Warsaw Chopin Airport and Warszawa Centralna railway station. We’ll also share a short practical guide for attendees travelling from outside Warsaw, including transport, nearby accommodation, currency and other useful local information.
We recommend arriving at 16:30 so you have time to check in, grab a drink and settle in before the first session starts at 17:00.
Your place includes the full evening programme: keynote sessions, the live panel and audience Q&A, plus drinks, snacks and networking. You’ll also take part in the EBC Event Passport experience during the evening.
Your donation is your event reservation. Participation currently starts at €49, paid directly through Children of Heroes. One completed donation reserves one seat, and EBC does not receive any part of the donation.
Once your reservation is completed, you’ll receive confirmation by email. We’ll use that email to send essential attendee information and final practical details ahead of 30 September.
Yes. If you can no longer attend, you can transfer your place to a colleague up to 24 hours before the event. Just contact us with their details.
